I can't remember if I got them for Reject Shop or Aldi but I've had microfibre cloths that are not quite lint free.
Microfibre cloths are woven in, so it is supposed to be lint free.
You already stated where you got them from. So naturally the perception of quality is in question here.

So they’re burning your clothes. It might be hidden right at the bottom of the page but that’s what’s happening.
