Got bored, read the linked document. 0-12 months, free replacement. 13-60 months, you have to pay the pro-rata amount equivalent to how many months of the 5 year warranty it has been since purchase. Say 30 months in, is 50% of warranty, so you get a replacement for 50% of the price.
So basically a 12 months warranty.

The problem with this type of warranty is that it is against full retail price.
This price is often not the regular selling price so warranty is worthless.It's not really in this case however the way they have formulated it the results end up similar
It's the Original purchase price x (1- remaining warranty period in months/total warranty period in months).
So if this died at 24 months you'd need to cough up $120 to replace the battery
If it died at 36 months you'd need to pay $180 to replace the batteryEdit: Actually on 2nd thoughts its not that bad compared to others, at least you always get some reduction, some other companies have it so
it really works out you are only getting a 3 year warranty by the time you pay the 60% off the inflated RRP
What cells do you use and what BMS?
Cells are described on the specs tab. BMS likely proprietry.
Sorry, I meant what brand and what capacity per cell, I can't see that (though I could just be going blind).
There's a tear down video here: It's the 100ah model which uses I think 4x 25ah pouch cells in parallel - so chances are this is the same using 2x25ah packs in parallel.
