Addition to the promo this time - I have a 15000 point offer on 1 of the families cards. Also an extra 1000points for each online.

  • Is targeted. Different offers on two accounts. Third has something else unattractive.

  • +3

I had a another 4000 point for purchase of $10 each week coles brand with same offer

    • Same for me here.

  • 20000pts for 4x $170 spend

  • 15000 $120 x4, might pass

    • same deal - might pass as well

  • +5

10,000 points for $60 x 4 spend in one transaction on several family accounts.

    • +1

This is what I got too. I was supposed to do grocery shopping today but I was tired so I didn't go out. I guess now I have better excuse for not doing it todayšŸ˜œ

      • +4

If you wait till next weekend you may also get stacked offer. I get that most of the times but not always.

        • Do not activate this one till you get the next round of offers.

      • +2

Might need to note first week is usually for 10 days, so if U usually shop on Wednesdays like me then U better start Ur first week next Wednesday otherwise U will be shopping twice for week 1.

        • Ohh, thanks for the heads up

  • +5

Yay. Mines finally back down to $50 spend.

  • +1

  • 20,000 points with 4x$230 plus 4k bonus points as above

  • +4

I'm back to 4x $50, even after buying $1200 of prepaid mastercards in the last deal. It seems they are finally ignoring gift card spend when offering these promos.

  • +4

Is it just me? I have stopped receiving these promotions completely since early this yearā€¦

    • +3

      Think it's just you

    • +3

Can't even remember the last time I got a Flybuys spend $X offer..

      • Are you shopping with your flybuys card each time with big spends even when no promo? That may be why?

    • +1

Nope. Me too. This is the first in a long time.

    • Stop using that and apply more new ones. Just use different emails

      • +1

You may need to use a different mob number also. Make sure you record the birthday date you use for the account as they use that to identify you if you need to call up.

    • 2 of my accounts got no offer this time around, which never happened before.

  • +1

Mine is 10,000 points or $50 off. Min spend is $60. A very good offer for me so will definitely be activating this one :)

  • Mine said $10,000 bonus points šŸ˜‚

  • Mine is spend 90..pass

  • 15,000 points, $80 spend. Hmm

    • Pretty good. 23.44% off.

      • might only be 18.9% off. You have to spend 4 x $80, then you will spend another $75 which you can apply the $75 off (converting points to flybuy dollars*) so saving is $75 off a $395 spend?

*technically you can't convert in multiples of $5, but for the calculation's sake I have bent reality

        • Or just apply the points towards the next minimum spend deal

  • +1

I go 50 on one and 60 on another.

  • Mine is 20,000pts for 4x $160 spend

  • 10,000 points for 4 x $210 spendā€¦.excellent

    • Just under 6% off. Many here have that many points for 4 x $50 or 60 spend.

  • +1

    10k for $110 x 4 here. Pass

  • Damn ,didn't get the offer this time.
Is this what happens when they reward me with good points for small spends, but mostly shop at aldi when not given a good enough deal .
Or is it because I'm back to over 200,000. Points again.

    • +1

What are your plans for the 200k points?

      • I usually purchase overpriced luxuries such as Dyson hair stuff .
Used to purchase eBay vouchers too but they are no longer available.
Back in my dumb days I would spend them on big shops at Coles but then they would ask you to spend huge shops for points.
        Most I spend is $51.

  • +3

    10000 for $50 spend times 4.

Totally negates the advice given by many not to use Flybuys card when purchasing the Mastercard Promos.

Purchased a lot on the last promo and used the Flybuys Card every time and still got this great offer.

Using the Mastercard Promo Gift Card gives in excess of 32% off.

Opted for the points as don't then have to get another $50 in one hit.

10 tubs of Connisseur coming up…. end cost round $4.00 each.

  • +1

4x $90 for me after a few months of nothing reasonable. you gotta switch up accounts or go to woolies all the time to keep them on their toes

  • Bunnings too now which is cool

  • Mine is $150, anyone know if I activate the offer but fail to reach the amount, next around offer will still be higher amount?

    • i stopped activating and only used my card on small shops for awhile… while I shopped at woolies

  • +3

Select the points, don't select $50 discount as it can take forever for money to come.

I had similar promo and finished week 4 purchase 4 weeks ago but money hasn't been added to my flybuys card. Jumped on a call with them with 1 hour wait time 12 days ago just to be informed it will be added up to 14 days from the call, but the guy on the phone couldn't tell exactly when. Now it's day 12 so it means I may have to contact them again with another 1 hour wait time call. Another good reason to go to Amazon.

    • +3

I have had similar experience and now I just email on
      [email protected]
It will still take 2 weeks but I have never had to follow up.

  • Got no offer

  • +1

80 x 4 for 15000/$75. Works out to a 23% discount. Not bad for groceries. Time to stock up on TP scrolls for the upcoming apocalypse.

  • Mine is 5600 points for $140 spend in 1 transaction

  • +1

    I got:

    4x $50 for 10,000 points.
Spend 80 for 2,000 points (ends today)
Spend 90 for 3,600 points (starts tomorrow but I know itā€™ll work today)

So $78 worth for $240 spend total. Pretty good

    • +1

      Yes 32.5%, great.

  • +1

$80x4 for 10000 points ($50). 15%, decent but will pass.
Option to stack with $140 for 5600 points, overall return of 20.5%. Ehhh, will wait for better % or lower minimum spend.

  • +2

New offer spend $80 get 2000 points can be stacked with this offer.. ie spend an extra $30 for $10 in points..seems reasonable.

Did notice in fine print that deli bakery and fruit and others excluded in the original 4 week offer…bit of a trap there.

"Offer excludes Coles Cook & Dine, Best Buys, mix apparel, meat servery, fresh seafood and deli, in store bakery and produce (fruit, veg, nuts, floral), magazines, telco products and seasonal products. "

    • That is very strange. I just checked my 10,000 point offer for 4 weeks spend and a one week $60 spend for 2000 points, received today, and they did not have these exclutions. If so it's something new and many may be fought out.

      • Did your 4 times offer have an additional 4000 points offer on selected Coles products

My single $80 offer only had the standard exclusions attached.

    • +1

I checked the T&C in the Flybuys email for this deal:
      "10,000 bonus points
Offer valid only at Coles Supermarkets and Coles Online (excludes Coles Express and purchases through eBay or Uber Eats), subject to store availability. To check whether we deliver to your area visit shop.coles.com.au. Eligible online orders must be placed and delivered or collected within the weekly dates to qualify. $50 or more must be spent in one transaction, after all savings, discounts and vouchers each week for 4 consecutive weeks. $50 transaction excludes purchases of all gift cards, iTunes cards, Coles Best Buys Online Exclusive products, charity items/donations, tobacco and tobacco related products and online delivery fees. Bonus points will be loaded to your account after your week 4 qualifying shop. Offer is available once per Flybuys account. You have been specifically selected for this offer and it is not transferable. "

Don't see the extra exclusions you mentioned (thankfully).

      • Maybe it refers to the extra 4000 bonus points?

        • This is a bit clearer and not as concerning. It does not apply to the usual targeted amount each week x 4 deals just to the additional 4000 points. I prefer the additional 4000 points spent on online shopping each week - clearer and safer to get as no room to purchase wrong products. The additional 4000 points can make a great deal.

    • another 2000 points for the extra $30 spend on Monday or Tuesday next week…. let it continue.

  • When does week 1 end? I've forgotten my password so can't log in.

      28 Nov 2021

Did you not receive an email?

  • 10k or $50 off, for $50 spend x4 weeks

The $50 spend has a 30 day expiry, which is restrictive.
    Currently have 228k points,

    • Yes getting the points is better. There is also no way to tell when you can use the $50. Nothing worse than standing at the checkout and it does not work. I have used it online and the process is terrible. You have to pay with CC but they will use the $ if available.

  • Offer valid only at Coles Supermarkets and Coles Online (excludes Coles Express and purchases through eBay or Uber Eats), subject to store availability.

Does Liquorland or Coles liquor counts as Coles "Online/Supermarket"? Got a few LL flybuys which might stack with the above Coles Flybuys, cheers.

    • No, these Coles flybuys deals usually don't include LL

  • +1

Got 9000 points for $150 spend offer which expires today and then similar offer which starts tomorrow.

They will stack from past experience so saving of $90 if spend $150. Thanks you Coles!

  • I received this offer - email dated 18 Nov to receive 10,000 points - Spend $70 in one transaction in-store or online at Coles, each week for 4 weeks.

I activated it and it appeared in the ā€œActivated Offersā€ section of the flybuys app.

Looking through my activity history in the flybuys app I can see that I spent over $100 on 19-Nov and then again on 26-Nov.

Week 1 is supposed to be 19-28 Nov so I have easily satisfied the requirement twice too.

On Monday - 29-Nov - I noticed that this offer had disappeared from the ā€œActivated Offersā€ of the flybuys app.

What does this mean? Should I be worried? Does this mean for some reason the offer didnā€™t activate properly for me or that my 2x shops of over $70 didnā€™t register properly?

I donā€™t want to do 3x $70 shops over the next 3 weeks for nothing if the offer has disappeared for me.

    Anyone experiencing similar issue?

    • +2

Normal. Shop Week 2 and you will see the offer on bottom of receipt. It will appear back in app at some point. Also, your offer spend values will increase if you keep doing multiple shops at well over the spend amount. If it says spend $70, just spend $70-$72ā€¦.use a calculator :)

    • +1

Yes it disappears sometimes. As long as your spend doesnā€™t include any excluded items (such as gift cards, iTunes cards, Coles Best Buys Online Exclusive products, charity items/donations, tobacco and tobacco related products ) you should be fine. The congratulatory message will reappear on Week 2 spend. In worst case, the Flybuys customer care will apply the bonus manually.

      • Thanks.

For those 2 shops that I did during the Week 1 period - I had other "offers" as well, so was worried that maybe it can't stack.

On one of the shops - it was spend $110 and get 4,000 points

On the 2nd shop - it was spend $120 and get 7,000 points

So was worried that - even though both these 2x shops occurred within week 1 and both over $70, but they both earned bonus points from other offers.

        • They usually stack. Keep receipts just in case.

    • I have the exact same issue. But this is after I have spent for the last three weeks.

Not sure if I have missed something here. I'm also not able to see any on the receipt.

      • See what on the receipt?

Did you scan flybuys? Was it the right flybuys?
Did you meet the spend limit?
Did the previous receipt have 1 shop to go ? And did you keep that receipt?

        • Yes to the first three questions.

          No to the next two.

I called up their support and they said they were able to see that I still qualify for the offer. They just asked me to spend $60 this week and I did so yesterday. Even the receipt from yesterday doesn't have anything on it.

          • +1

@ModBot: Even if the offers disappear online or in the app, the receipt is always the key as to whether the offer terms are being met. If your week 3 shop didnā€™t have anything related to the offer, eg One Week to Goā€¦.. then something has gone wrong, which is not the norm.

        • +1

I always check the bottom of the receipt when doing these Spend X for Y Weeks promos, to make sure my shopping is registered for the promo. Always seen it at the bottom of the receipt while the promo is still active and not yet completed. Then I keep that receipt until I get the next receipt.

Agreed with Coops51 that something has gone wrong for you for you not to see it at the bottom of the receipt, unless you or someone else who shares the same Flybuys account has already completed the last shopping criteria.

The Flybuy progress/reminder emails can also help keep track of the promo progress when can't see it in the Flybuys app/website. Emails are sent on Weds it seems.

          • @Alinnia: My biggest problem today is that I did a week 4 $50 shop and got the Congrats 10,000 pts message on receiptā€¦.greatā€¦..but then I promptly had $19 refunded when the macadamia nuts scanned at $19 instead of $18 on shelf ticket. At least if points donā€™t post by tomorrow night I can do another shop.

  • +1

Completed week 4 shop on Monday. Still don't have the 10k points. Normally these are always added at same time as the points for the final shop are added, (usually the next day) did get all the points for that shop.
Email sent to flybuys, though they usually respond a number of weeks later

    • Best option is to call them. They would allocate the bonus point immediately.
If your receipt says congratulatory message, then all good.
