    Not to be negative, just a heads-up for everyone. Last time (Sept/Oct) I order the wireless charger from ESR, it took a whole month before the items arrived as it came from oversea.

      Thanks for sharing your experience.
      Once an order is placed in our store, we aim to dispatch it from our warehouse within 1-3 days. Under normal circumstances, once it’s been dispatched delivery will follow within 5-10 business days.
      Unfortunately, the COVID-19 pandemic in Australia months ago has caused delays and it’s not always possible for delivery to be completed within this timeframe.
      We appreciate your understanding.

        I assume they're shipped from China?… What shipping method do you use?

        Edit: I notice your website quotes 10 to 18 business days for shipping, and it also says:

        Due to the logistical challenges posed by COVID-19, please be aware that processing & shipping may take significantly longer than usual.

        This timetable is for reference only. External factors may result in significant delays not reflected in the timetable.

        So I struggle to believe your claim that shipping only takes 5 to 10 business days…

        Please be clear. The previous comment suggested you ship from overseas. Your response is spin-doctoring around this assertion and you try to imply that delivery will be fast. But then you totally destroy this assertion by giving excuses why delivery will be longer.

        Tranparency and honesty will get you more credibility than these types of responses. With that kind of response, I for one will never be a customer.

    Bought this in a deal a while ago. Claimed to be aussie stock but actually dispatched from oversea. Took almost 6 weeks to arrive. The light itself works as expected but using AAA batteries was really a dumb idea. I must have mistook it for using AA batteries.

    I am a bit dissapoint by the word "Smart" in the title. That word has been reserved for compatability with home automation systems, like Alexa and Google home. This is responsive, but not "Smart"…

    Avoid, ones with "AAA" batteries are junk, "AA” batteries last at least 4-5 times longer.

    These also don't state if they are the annnoying ones that go off after a set period and have to be retriggered, or the good ones that extend the time up to the 20 seconds so long as movement is detected.
