    The difference between this (or the Boss) compared to and one of those $150 amps is crazy, which I'm guessing is what your Ashton is?

    I'm pretty sure the Spark is physically a lot smaller than the Boss but both are really highly rated so if it's between the Spark and the Boss Katana I don't think you can go wrong.

        I've got both the Spark and Katana 50. Recommend both. Both great amps.

        Spark physically smaller and has a great app and practice features. Great for practicing.

        Katana more like a traditional (modelling) amp. Great sound. Physical knobs to get the tone you want. No app but does have ability to connect to a computer for a few more features but not required.

  nice price, got it at $320 without bag before.
  it's a ok amp.i still suggest to buy Boss Katana 50 MKII at this price range.
  if you don't need bluetooth connection.

  hear lots of good reports on these amps - price looks pretty good. The ability to play along with streamed songs, with the Spark even showing you the chords is supposedly pretty useful.

  That's record low price for the pearl version!
  I used to have separate bass and standard electric amps, but with the Spark can use for either. I don't do performances so the Spark is perfect for my personal use. I can also select different kind of amp simulations to suit my music styles as well.

  I do not have the Boss one (Look a lot like traditional amp)

  I purchased this on the last deal on OZB (similar price) and I have been blown away by it. I am not a pro player by any mean… However…. The bluetooth, the App, the Headphone output ticked ALL the boxes from what I had been trying to obtain for yeeeeaarss. I was an avid user of iRig device and JamUp Pro app (From positive grid too I believe) but way too many setup before I start playing. but now… Switch the amp on… put my headphone on, and play any song from spotify allow me to immediately jam……….. after midnight!!!! No pedals, no fuzz… everything in the Amp. I am sure a lot will see this product like Toy… but for me it has been a device I had been dreaming for yeeears.

  And I have yet to play with th app but that jam along with chords on the screen look soo sweet

  Anyway…my 2c

  I got a Spark during this deal, it turned up the other day and its blown me away. Skip the presets, take some time to dial in some killer tones - late night jamming has never been so easy and enjoyable.
