    Yes, even thought you cancel the membership, they're keep on charging your credit card and they said they'll refund your money, which they're never did, so dispute it with my bank and got my money back. Then a year later they're starting to charge my credit card again. I had enough and got a new credit card. Not worth it people.

    they're helpful enough and responsive but still a pain to deal with.

    and watch your invoices carefully. do screenshots of what shipping options you selected and their prices and compare it with what they charged you later. raise a dispute with them even if it's a few dollars different from what you expected to be charged. don't let them get away with dodgy pricing because you can bet they're doing it to others as well and hoping they don't notice.

  Also be aware hidden fees and charges. Such as any cosmetics considered as chemical and attract surcharge.

  Actually, customer service is not that bad. However, be aware that moving down from premium membership to free membership attracts a $10 fee!! Not very well documented but I was bitten by this!

    I don’t forward often but I used buyandship recently from uk. Got $10 on sign up which I could use on first shipment. Found the process good. I think they ship everything to Hong Kong and then to Australia. Just don’t use a Po box as they use courier. And Aramex in Au which gets appalling reviews. But great for cheap and not urgent. Don’t know if that’s decent. So in summary I found buyandship good and their courier aramax bad.

    i used reship for a while before trying myus (based on recommendations from other ozbargainers at the time.) fewer shipping options but i feel their pricing is more transparent.
