Price just dropped from the usual mid $70s on Amazon down to an all time low according to camelcamelcamel

Not a bad wired set but certainly not audiophile material. They are light and comfortable with large rounded cans that produce pretty reasonable sound for the price. Got a set for my partner whom has been using the everyday for work and they have worked flawlessly for just under a year now.

    "large rounded cans" Nice

I prefer the natural look personally

  • Don't do this to your ears.

Also, do not trust What HIFI, ever. I don't think they've written a 3-star review for years.

    • Could you please explain what this is supposed to tell me?

Bass bloat with a mid-bass dip, huge issues in the lower mids, upper mids then disappear, shrill highs.

Cheap, congested, crappy v-shape. Consider some of the following closed backs instead, in order of preference:

        AKG K371
        Shure SRH-840

        Shure SRH-440
        Takstar Pro 82 v2

        AKG K361
        Cooler Master MH751

        .
        .
        .

        AKG K275

        • Oh wow, amazing you can tell all this from a graph.

          Cheers for the info

          • @Gorian4: When things are more controlled, it's hard to separate out much of anything from graphs, but when it's this out of control (10 dB disparities) it just overwhelms the senses.

            +10dB = twice as loud
