    The $10 bonus activated on 24th lapsed the 14 dsy period without a purchase, and today i made a purchase on ubereats. Does that mean my offer of $50 bonus activated on 26th will take precedence

    My understanding from the terms that the offer needs to be activated within 14 days of joining cheddar but the bonus will activate when the users makes a purchase with no time limit :

    Rep can you explain why everyone is having to contact your support to get these bonuses approved? None of this is stated in your terms and conditions or in your original post and the response time of your support staff is ridiculously slow.

    Can you confirm from everyone what the process is to claim the bonus $50 if you've made a tracked purchase?

      If your cashback bonus from our merchant partner hasn't been approved yet, your correlating bonus will also remain as pending.
      As stated in the original post, your purchase from our merchant partners can take up to 90 days to be approved.

  • I’ve made two purchases from Myer, both are appearing as pending under “resolved transactions” and I’ve received one of the items already with the other in the post. My bonus $50/$10 fall under “pending transactions”

    If I understand correctly, everything has tracked and the two pending transactions under “resolved transactions” tracked and may take up to 90 days to be approved? I don’t want to wait 90 days only to have the window to follow up an issue lapse. Should I wait or contact support sooner?

  • Made 4 orders here via the Cheddar App and none of them have tracked

    • I also made 4 and only one random one (second order - first one was under the upsized cashback amount but there was nothing in the T&Cs about minimum spend) tracked and just stuck in pending. Can’t say I’ll keep using this app if the tracking is both slow and unreliable.
