  • @ getcheddarapp, for the 100% cashback at Pizza Hut up to $15 offer, is it limited to one transaction (max $15)? Or I can make several transactions, but the total caskback amount is capped at $15? Thanks.

      The cashback cap is currently applied per order. For example if you shop '100% cashback (up to $15)' you can shop this deal again. Please note that in our Terms of Use there is a monthly cashback cap per user that may be applied if we identify suspicious activity.

      • So, that $100 per calendar month is only applied for suspicious users only? I though that's the cap for everyone, when I read the T&C, hopefully this bonus not counted toward that cap

            @[Deactivated]: My first purchase actually got approved, which is great. So now I have the $60 bonus and the one got approved to withdraw (say $75). I then tried to withdraw, and eventhough it's saying like $75 to withdraw, it'd only allow us to withdraw $15. And when I try to withdraw the remaining $60 again, it'd say [Failed: Object object], eventhough it's available.
            Please fix the bug, I understand you're still new, but the thing that we trust most for any cashback website will be the tracking & ability to withdraw (it's useless to give bonus we can't withdraw)

  • @getcheddarapp There are multiple “deals” on the app. For example if I clicked through the 3% link does that mean I won’t get the 13% deal or is it all the same?

    Searching ‘kogan’ only turns up 3% and “sale” links then after transacting I noticed a 13% deal on the home page.

      The 13% offer didn’t even turn up through a search. Only saw it on the front page after purchasing.

    With the Myer 40% cashback, does the cap of $40 apply to each user, or is it $40 per transaction, meaning that you can do more than one transaction?

          Thanks, the T&C says maximum of $100 per calendar month, does the bonus $10 and $50 gets included in this monthly quota?

          Your order value does not need to correspond to the cashback bonus value. You only have to make two purchases in order to qualify.

    I signed up today, made a purchase with one of the participating merchants, but intend to cancel the purchase tomorrow (the product I want is currently unavailable, and I've decided that I don't want to wait for the back order).

    After I cancel the purchase, will I still be able to claim the $50 cashback if I make another eligible purchase within 14 days?

  • I'd like to use the Myer offer and it says 'Exclusions' may apply check merchant site or more info. I don't think this info is available on the myer site. Wouldn't want to end up buying a brand that's excluded from the offer. Can you help @getcheddarapp? thanks!!!

      Yes you can get both, you just have to make two transactions from any of the stores in Cheddar app. I did Kogan and Myer (40% cashback stacks as well).

  • There's been a delay with my order from myer, they probably don't have stock and it's still "preparing". It's something I want so I'll wait, when I look at y transactions within the app it now falls under "resolved transactions" and it marked as pending. Not sure what that means, hopefully i'll still get my cashback once they ship my item!

    Also when i searched Myer yesterday, I still saw the 40% cashback deal. Can i make another purchase for 40% cashback or was it a one time only use? If so, might want to have it unavailable for people that have already used it to avoid disappointment. I didn't want to risk it so just went with a 5% deal that popped up as well.
