    i had a completed challenge notification on the 26th for this stating i will get the $5. i took a screenshot of it just in case

    now its disappeared? and cant see the $5 bonus in my pending either.

      I think that's normal and goes from pending in the challenges section to approved in your account when your ebay purchase gets approved to withdraw which could be 2-3 months.

      Not sure why mine is showing as failed either as eBay take up to 7 days to report your order back to Shopback.

      Any advice @gotyourback?

        Did your order track properly? It takes about 21 hours to track from ebay.
        Did you use a code during your purchase?

          The order during the second $5 promotion hasn't tracked but the first one did. No codes used in either one. Adblock turned off and cookies cleared prior to each order to start fresh.

            @prodnus: Isn't this bonus the 2nd one? If your second order didnt track, this bonus would have failed.
            Use a screen recorder next time cause there isn't much you can do now.

    My $5 challenge is there but says reward pending. I can see ebay tracked in my shopback account.

    Mine was manually added by CS rep via email. And today it is at "Rejected" 2 days later. So now back again to raise another ticket grrrr

      You might find in 2-3 months that it gets rejected by ebay and then this bonus wont get paid anyway. I have found that any tracking that gets added manually gets rejected as the merchant doesn't think it was linked from shopback so they deny. Ebay might pay it but that is not my experience.
