    It doesn't track! Also it didn't track from booking. com and aliexpress before. No point using shop back unless they improve their tracking, it is a hit or miss (it has been miss in my case)

      Sounds like a user error. Works fine for me on desktop and in app.

      This is the store's fault if anything. FWIW aliexpress you have to activate shopback before adding to cart. Booking.com is a weird one too, you have to use shopback's portal from memory.

          Cash rewards has not enable eBay app right now. Cash Rewards is solely website extension right now. Ebay was discontinued for i think 2 weeks before they partnered again.

      I remember seeing before from the rep as along as you have a valid purchase during the period you will be fine even if one is cancelled. If there was an issue either d'm them on ozbargain or via support.

      You would need to be charged $5 to your payment of choice even after the coupon applied. If you purchased multiple items in 1 transaction/cart and was over $5 you will be fine for the challenge.

                @Sheng: Ok, thanks again. I must have missed it that line. To be honest, I am a bit confused and didn't pay much attention to the T&Cs. TBH, I was only interested in using this deal and buy some copy paper from Big W for free delivery which requires eBay Plus membership. I don't really like to use ebay. I wouldn't even bother with this deal if I didn't have some ebay gift card from the past due to expire soon.

        I paid with ebay gift card. I took a screenshot of the Order Details screen after I placed the order which show "Time placed: 26 Nov 2021 at 11:59 PM". But on the right where payment info is, it showed gift card amount as "still processing".

        When I checked the Order Details screen after receiving a confirmation email, the payment info updated to show a time stamp next to the gift card amount which said 27/11/2021 12:02 am. So looks like it took Ebay about 3 mins to process the payment even though it was just gift card.

        Guess I'll try canceling the ebay order as it was just a cheap item anyway..

        Update: When I tried to cancel the order it says that it's too late and that I would need to contact the seller to try work something out. But on the right hand side, I can see it says "Purchase Date: 26 Nov 2021". So it did register me purchasing the item before midnight it seems..?

    Selected challenge and said 'congrats you're in'.

    Tracking came through but only for $0.09, not the $5.

          Think it might be when the normal cashback for what you bought is approved so you have to check back in 2-3 months. Stops people from buying, getting bonuses and then returning items.

              @heal: Admittedly, I do agree that the CR bonus system is very user friendly.
              I've requested a similar feature to be implemented by our tech team as it's far easier to keep track of bonuses, but it's likely going to take some time before it comes through.
              Our tech team are swamped with new feature requests/improvements.

              Hopefully it comes sooner than later!
