Swann products :-0 Im not sure how they do it but they manage to charge a premium price for rebadged and up-marketed low grade products and people actually buy them.
Do yourself a favour and import a $200 DVR and buy(local) a LCD monitor for $99. I imported a zmodo brand dvr which is essentially the same thing for $200. The most expensive item in this package is the 500G hard drive. It may be a deal relative to the ridiculous $2000 RRP but think to yourself is it really worth $1000?
Agreed, the price for all Swann products are double the price in USA.

You would be better off getting this from big W. You get 4 extra camera's. Just need to hook them up to that old monitor or tv you got lying around.

Not worth it. Better off importing or buying from Costco.
Costco has a kit with essentially the same thing (less monitor) going for $499.99 everyday. DVR2600 + 500GB HD + 4 x PRO580 cameras.
