  I'd recommend the $58 one without body composition- which isn't overly reliable. I've been using one for years, the wifi syncs your data so all your daily weigh ins are logged. Other than that it measures your bodyweight and shows you your BMI. My first one died after about 8 years. I bought the same again.

    All impedance scales are terrible tbh.
    
    For weight loss the best scale you can buy is a 15dollar digital food scale.
