Sure is a long description for one CPU. Is this meant to be some kind of treasure hunt?

  • Can you please list some ITX boards for the 560 chipset 🤷

    • B560i gigabyte $159 on pcbyte

  • I'll love to build a PC with these parts on special but how do I know if they all fit. there was a 400D Corsair case yesterday. some $150 ran 32GB and now there this CPU. will it all work out?

    building for fun.

Just be mindful that if you combine a 11th gen motherboard (Z590/B560) with a 10th gen cpu, in alot of cases the 1st m.2 slot will not work. Alot of these bundles combing 11th gen motherboard with 10th gen CPU's and people will get caught out. If you check the motherboard manual online you will be able to check this as they usually put an * against the m.2 with a note saying only compatible with 11th gen.

Not the end of the world as there are other m.2 slot (unless you go ITX in which case the second one is on the back and not ideal) but online alot of people wonder why there 1st m.2 slot isn't working with a 10th cpu/11th gen mobo combo.

      • did some digging. way too tricky.

        • yep and no good deals on 11th gen cpus.

      • Cuz normally the first m.2 use pcie lanes from CPU and second m.2 use pcie lanes from mobo. Good point

        • Pretty sure if you do a similar thing with AMD as in running say a Ryzen 3600 on a X570 board, you get two working 3.0 M.2 slots instead of the 3.0 and 4.0 slot you would get were you instead say running a 5600X CPU. Guess not so much 4.0 vs. 3.0 in the case of Intel though, but the fact that 10th gen only has 16 lanes and 11th has 20, so after the 16X slot, none left on the 10th.

  • Anyone know which is better out of the WD Red Plus or the Toshiba N300? Both seem like good prices for an 8TB HDD, but the WD Red Plus seems to be a much bigger discount from RRP (if RRP means anything).

first Item I looked at, no deal….Corsair iCUE H100i RGB PRO XT 240mm RGB LED Liquid CPU Cooler - $159 + Free Shipping.
scorptech $159, amazon $155, didnt do any further investigation. NO DEAL

CPU first site I looked at MWAVE, $369 with $20 instant off (orders over $150) = $349, if used afterpay another $30 off…..do your research!

Free shipping from scorptech and amazon? Not much of a deal, true.
You didn't look close enough at MWAVE. its $20 off shipping when spending over $150, not $20 off the product. It's right there in the giant banner. Do your research!

lets go through this, you're spot on its $20 off shipping (which I suspect is free for the size of a CPU after that), SE charges you shipping on top of the $349 in case you didn't see that. $30 dollars off $369 is $339, which means its 10 bucks cheaper - again I doubt shipping will be more than $10 + shipping cost of original poster (SE). Anyways I didn't dig into that much as its obvious not a DEAL…..enjoy your day

  • Goddam, that is crazy value.

The title CPU is faster than an i9-9900K at half the historic cost.

Missed that it was not a K series.

  • Hi!

PCGG has this package at $499…

ASRock Steel Legend 11400 Starter Pack
    - Intel Core i5 11400 Processor
    - ASRock B560M Steel Legend Motherboard
    - Team T-Force Delta RGB 16GB (2x8GB) 3200MHz CL16 DDR4 Black

Is there a better cpu+mobo+ram deal at "around" the price?

Get the tray version i5 11400 from Computer Alliance for $220, then a decent cooler for $40, a B560M motherboard for $110, and a 3600C16 kit for $130. That's cheaper than the PCCG bundle and a lot better.

  • Is there a difference between master 3 and master 3 advanced? Thanks.

  • If only the 10700KF bundle were $499…

  • The 10600KF for $299 seems like the better deal than the 10700f, assuming you can find a Z-series mobo at a decent price
