    Ordered from the last offer on 18th Nov. Still hasn't got it (to Metro Mel). The 'express' delivery is not really express though.

    • Early November I received NDD to Melbourne. Luck of auspost of late I guess.

    • It seems like there are a few people that have had 10-14 days for "express delivery" to arrive. I think they need to push Australia Post a little harder seeing as they (we) have paid for express post.

    Roughly, how fine of a grind do people recommend for espresso?

    • Depends on your machine man. You want it fine. Mine varies a lot depending upon the setting on my grinder

    Ordered when this deal was posted on 28/11. Still hasn’t left Airjo 3/7 later. They do send out a tracking number but it seems to be automatically generated as their website still shows the order hasn’t been dispatched.

    If I then have to wait another 2 weeks for Auspost “express post” to Metro Melbourne then that’s the last time I order unfortunately. I will run out of beans and have to buy another lot before it gets to me.

    • I hope your postage is faster than mine was! I emailed them and got a fairly generic reply of we are sorry for the inconvenience, covid delays etc, we will look into it and get back to you. Never did get back to me again.

  • Ordered Monday night, still hasn't dispatched. AusPost tracking is empty, so presumably the package hasn't even been collected from the seller.

    Lucky the "express postage" was free.

    Fake express postage, the only thing that was express was generating a tracking number

  • I ordered Monday might and It was delivered this afternoon with a roast date of 29/11. Very surprised by the quick delivery to Sydney! Cheers!

      Same but to Brisbane.
      Seems like the issues are with AusPost and not with Airjo.

      • How is that the case when their own website shows a “we’re still preparing your order” ? Did your order show on the airjo website tracking as fully dispatched or “we’re still preparing your order”?

        You can generate a tracking number a second after the order is submitted but unless you put it in the carrier delivery chain it’s not going anywhere.

        • I didn't check on the website tbh. I received an email From Auspost only. I wasn't expecting it until next week so wasn't planning on checking

            @Robot16: Credit to them I had an immediate reply to my email. They’ve stated they shipped out the next day and it’s Auspost that forgot to scan the parcel into their system. Good support from Airjo at least.

            At this point Auspost probably deliberately doesn’t scan stuff into their tracking because they don’t want you to see that their previous “Express post next day guaranteed” is nothing but a scam at this point. If you don’t have a record of the tracking then you can’t complain.

        • I got an email Monday morning (Mon, 29 Nov, 08:21) saying it was on its way.

        I agree that the problem lies with AusPost, but for a business that relies entirely on shipping their product I would imagine that they have an account manager at AusPost and some sort of contract or agreement. I would be pushing my courier to explain and then compensate on late deliveries. Currently AusPost is saying that they are not able to overnight and quoting upto 4-6 days, when this becomes 2 weeks I feel that they should be refunding the "express shipping" and maybe AirJo could then offer that to the client (potentially as a voucher) as a sign of good faith.

      Hi there thanks for your message.
      There is a bit of delay in the scanning at Auspost and some orders are arriving even with no scan.
      It's certainly on the way and will be getting priority through the system as per the express label.

    • Mine arrived within the week and I'm in W.A.
      Might pay to contact them .

      • The Aus Post said in the email, "If it hasn't arrived by Monday 13 Dec 2021, please get in touch, and we'll find out what's happened."

        The problem is, its fresh ground beans it must have lost a lot of its quality already ( Hot, sunny weather etc.) :(
        I'll get in touch with them tomorrow.
