OH, no, sorry, I was referring to the urbans! The ixons looks quite good. The icons at $139 I would have jumped on, sadly I missed them! :(
@lordra: The Ixon's were an absolute steal. And I almost bought them 2 weeks back at full RRP since they weren't on sale, but I held off, and thankfully so!
The Urbans are made up of heavy duty canvas and leather and include an ankle protector, but I wouldn't consider them to be a traditional boot. More like something you'd use for some low-key casual riding around the streets running errands or you could wear them with jeans if you needed to go out somewhere as they look similar to Cons when paired with jeans, just much better protected.
Any waterproof trousers recommendations? I had some… Rjays but the seam at the groin started leaking after only a few rides

I picked up a pair of the Urban boots in charcoal and they are super comfy and well worth the price. Even more so with this discount. AMX recently discounted all of the unpopular colours the charcoal and navy were kept at the slightly higher price, so I'm thinking of picking up a second pair now. Even though I just picked up a waterproof pair of Ixon Bull's @ $139 from Bikebiz for the BF sale, one can never have too many pairs of boots!
