the VCOM USB-C cable is useful. Almost all of the cheap ones are USB 2.0 while this is USB 3.2
Gen 2x1 (USB 3.1 Gen 2) so it's excellent for docks and data transfer.can this be used to connect my monitor to my laptop, so both power and video data can be transmitted at the same time?
@Clear: My monitor is a 4K Dell with a USB-C port. The short cable came with that monitor works, but the long white cable came with my Macbook doesn't (it only charges the laptop, not transmits video data to the monitor).
