Imo pros but if you don’t like the pros tips, then 3
From memory, the pro has noise cancelling and yhe threes don't.
3 does have noise cancelling, but the tips on the pro means passive cancelling on top of the common active one.

This is the wireless charging case one, so gen 1. If you want the latest, you need to get the ones with MagSafe case :)
No generational change with the AirPods Pro. They just default with the MagSafe case now - no hardware changes otherwise.
