    Could you clarify the T&C that says 'Items with Best Offer accepted prices and Auctions are NOT eligible for cashback'.
    Does this mean I can still get cashback on an item that has a 'best offer', but have selected 'purchased now' as I have not submitted an offer for the item?

      I couldn't see it earlier either, i replied to this deal when they like still had may be like 2000+ spots left (they didn't have a spot for all OZB users like me and you). If it was showing to me I'd have had definitely bought something $10+, but no more love left from SB to me. I guess have to leave them for some time

    My perks is also empty. I enrolled in OZPERKS quite a while back, if I try to enrol again it already shows I'm enrolled.
    I don't see the $5 bonus for $10 spend listed under challenges, if I go to Earn More > Perks it shows 'no available perks'.

    I've force quit the app several times… not sure what the issue is.

      If you've queued for the bonus, you shouldn't need to opt-in again.
      Just double-check that the challenge shows you're in before purchasing.

      Currently no opt-in caps.

    Had my first bigger shopback failure during black Friday upsized cashback and iconic.

    Have submitted the missing cashback and because iconic haven't attributed it to shopback nothing can be done.

    My previous purchases have recently been updated with "rejected" status for purchases made via Amazon. No idea or explanation as to why as it had originally tracked. Have gone through my history and found a number of other previous purchases from Amazon rejected as well after tracking. Pretty disappointed as the cashback offers were the main reason i made most of these purchases.

          That's correct, because no order was initially attached to the challenge before expiration it will not be able to update.
