    cinebuzz is all BS.. u buy a pack of 10 tickets… and go to a vmax session.. and they charge you 5 bucks extra per ticket.

    Like any other cinema, there are standard tickets, vmax and gold class. They are of different price.

    Why do you expect buying the standard price ticket booklet entitles you FREE upgrade to the next tier (vmax)

    Why bother ? You would be paying full prices …

    Added the CineBuzz ‘club’ used to be worth it…until they changed the deeming amount for a free ticket,,,and then deducted your points when you didn’t use them …

    Easy to have an Event at home

      Cinebuzz still has a discounted ticket pricing when buying though.
      A kids movie I saw on Monday this week was $9.75 per ticket when logged in with Cinebuzz.
      I don't have Cinebuzz for the points, just the lower rate ticket price.

    Don't get the negativity, you can use these gift cards for Telstra/other discounted direct purchases, or on the VMax surchage on other vouchers.

    I can confirm this stacks perfectly with the 15% off TCN Cinema Gift Cards when using Apple Pay.

    Just get a digital TCN card and add it to your apple wallet. Load up the event cinemas cart with a $50 gift card with your information and in the final checkout select Apple Pay as your payment method. Select the cinema card and checkout, works perfectly.

    Total of $34 for $50 card, $34 for 5 movies via Telstra Plus, thanks OP.

      How are you even able to use Apple pay on Event Cinemas cart - I only get Pay by Credit Card and Pay via Paypal options.
      Cant even seem to pay using Gift cards… very strange. Trying to redeem for the Telstra plus offer but cant pay via gift cards.
      What am I missing?
