I'd pay $20 for one, but that would be my limit.

Yeah - the product would appear to be a good 10 years late to market.

      You'd pay $20 for Refurb?
Paid $12.99 for a new SANGEAN DAB+/FM Radio long ago😊 Works great.
Using headphone socket to feed into amp for stereo sound. Still sold on eBay for $129

      Bought other DAB+/FM radios for $9 (rechargeable) @Kmart & $10 @Target in Deals here.

jv was first to comment on that thread too

        • I'm not surprised😏
          I'd pay $20 for one… Should have bought then & saved $7!

      • Paid $12.99 for a new SANGEAN DAB+/FM Radio long ago

There was no stock for that deal. I checked as soon as I saw it.

        • Found stock & bought! You even reported you'd found stock.

      • Bought other DAB+/FM radios for $9 (rechargeable) @Kmart & $10 @Target in Deals here.

Yeah, they are pretty crap though. Sangean radios have a good reputation.
Dick Smith (before Kogan) used to rebadge the analogue ones under the DSE brand and I still have one. Best radio I've owned. Much better reception that even the Sony ones.

        • Sangean radios are quality & use a good DAB+ module. Sound great for DAB+.

Most cheap DAB+ radios use the same module, with same functions. Sound quality through an amp is not as good or rich. But adequate for the price. All mone are still in daily use, years later

          • @INFIDEL: I'd hardly use it though as most of my listening is via internet radio.

Thus my comment that the max I'd pay is $20…. Maybe 5 years ago, I'd pay $99.99

@jv: Same for most. But $12.99 was most I'd pay😊

For years, I used the Sangean in car, fed into head unit. Now replaced with $10 Target one as it turns on automatically. Sounds great.

Have a $9 kmart one in bathroom. The low sound volume of portable DAB+ Radios only work well in a small room.

        Yeah…tell'em they are dreaming !

How is $100 for a refurbed device even close to a deal? Take your advertising elsewhere thank you very much.

  • Does this put out a stereo signal via headphone jack?

    Answer: Yes

    Stereo sound through headphone jack

LOL…. how is this a deal?

  • +1

    Not a deal

  • Yeah, na

  • Come on… this is not a bargain. Marketing post.

  • I reckon in a few years, you'll be able to get a device that can play those stations , take pictures, show a bit of telly and make phone calls for about $100…

Still, there a still a few alive for whom a holiday is sitting in a brick cellar eating Spam, just like back in the war when you were scared shitless, but happy….
