    Comments about the Foxtel service:
    1) Poor image quality for both "live" and "on demand"
    2) "On demand" vids have 30 seconds ads at the start, what a joke for normally $25/month!!!

    Already getting calls from Foxtel 3 hours after I cancelled. I just told them to remove my number from their database immediately

    • The trick is to use a burner number on a burner phone which you just keep in silent mode.

        Actually I am a bit surprised to be honest. I have now cancelled it.

        The whole idea of streaming is to not watching ads.

    I just get a turning white circle when I click on anything to play.

      • I had to reinstall the app.
        It just wouldn’t load for me but is ok now.

    • Depends on Model. I have new Galaxy TAB A7 and has this issue with Kayo. Assume would be the same with Foxtel app.
      No fix in sight.

      • I have a Tab A7 as well, the most recent model.
        Never would have paid for Foxtel and this experience has confirmed why.
        I then tried downloading the Fox Now app on my Pixel 6 Pro and the app doesn't even open.
        People pay for this? LOL

        • I think the problem lays with Samsung and the video software/driver used. Something I read a couple of months ago somewhere. Not happy at all as I often use Kayo (or would have liked to) on it.

          • @Borg: Why does it only affect Foxtel then? All other streaming services whether it be Youtube, Netflix works perfectly fine.

            • @keejoonc: Because of the type of video stream I believe and how the A7 processes it. It is rendering via software rather than using hardware (GPU). Foxtel & Kayo work fine on my other Samsung devices even 7 year old Tablet (but slow loading). It's only the A7 that I have issue with hence relates specifically to it and not the App.
