I believe this is a good price. I checked staticice, Google, and camels, and found this price to be the best.
Moreover, I noticed that Harris Technology themselves were trying to sell this board as a 'deal' for $209.95 exactly 2 months ago.
Plenty of reviews to be found via Google, and majority suggest this motherboard will do fine for your Intel chip. But if there's any feedback on this board, let others know below. Hope this deal helps some.

@macmanluke: boards for the 12th still pricey …. entry level CPUs gen 12 are out now ….. there will be a mismatch between board chipsets supplies and 10/11 gen and cpus 10/11 gen supplies as intel moves to 12 the gen ……

Great price. Picked it up for $169 with free shipping from BPC Tech about a month ago.
Using it currently with the 11400 I picked up for $220 from Comp Alliance.
No issues. No wifi but better build than the Z590 Pro Wifi, which is the other Z590 motherboard I picked up for $130 (from memory).
Tomahawk is better model IMO
But is it $144?
Tomahawk missile obviously more expensive than a torpedo?
Just looking at their other options and the MEG Unify is also a good deal. No real reviews I could find but on paper it has an impressive feature set and VRM. Obviously, a slightly different price range.
Stating the obvious here but Z690 has also just released so you might not want to buy it. But maybe if you are eying off a cheap 11700/11900 then it might make sense for you.
Good price. Maybe we'll see a drop on the Tomahawk WiFi soon.
