      You mean sailing the high seas? Like 30% of Australians are doing that, so that's not too uncommon. Besides, that figure is of people that admit to it, so it's probably higher, since a lot of people don't admit to it, due to it's negative stigma.
      
      Granted, there's better ways to protect yourself then using a simple antivirus.

      Yes, it was. I think these are the retail card version too, because they charge the shipping fee if without Plus or Prime.

Can't get it to work. Purchased the antivirus version from ebay earlier this morning. Any specific instructions? I had a previously installed "trial" version of Eset Internet Security, key I received from HTA didn't work. So i tried to activate key (with new user account) in home.eset.com, invalid key. Then i uninstalled my eset internet security and re-installed anti virus only - still cna't get it to activate. Then I made a new account in the business website of eset, and tried activating there - still no luck. I'm probably missing something really obvious :S Any ideas? Or if anyone got it to work, what, exactly, did you do?

    So I've been exchanging ebay direct messages with seller, and I have to say, I'm very disappointed and frustrated. They keep sending me the same generic instructions, which do NOT reflect what happens on my screen. After attempting to follow instructions as best as possible given the different stuff that gets displayed to me, the license key sent by the seller just doens't work. Says invalid license. I've been sending screenshot after screenshot trying to explain how their instructions don't match what I see, and they keep sending back the same instructions pretty much.
    
    I also emailed ESET for help, and they've repled, and I quote:
    "Hi [my first name],
    
    Thank you for your email.
    
    Sorry, we could not find your license details in our system.
    
    To resolve this issue please contact your reseller, where you purchased from.

      Update:
      Seller (harris tech) provided me with another key, which worked straight away. There was something definitely wrong with the previous key, not sure what happened. Cheers Harris Tech!
