How to Claim

• First you'll need to download the ShopBack App, if you haven't already.
• Next you'll need to create an account/sign-up if you're a new customer.
• Then join our OzBargain Perks Partnership as highlighted below:

    Correct, we do not get paid on GST values.
    So that payment is correct & you will still be eligible for the bonus :)

  What if some item is not available in stock and you cancel your item that is no longer available and proceed with your order but the total amount goes below $15? Do you still qualify for bonus?

    The brand will likely update the order amount to the correct value, causing you to be under the $15 min. spend.

    I wouldn't count on it. From what I can see, none of the stores listed in this bonus $5 promo are participants in ShopBack's in-store program, so there should be no expectation for any in-store purchases to qualify for this promo.

    As a general thing, I consider ShopBack's in-store program to be very seperate from their traditional online cashback program. That is, stores that participate/qualify for in-store promos/cashback may not necessarily participate online and vice versa.

  @gotyourback, I bought something from the chemist warehouse but they cancelled my order citing no stock even though it was showing stock at the time of order. Can I try another order with them or another retailer now or it's not possible

  I purchased $17 worth of items on Big W. The transaction was tracked and the challenge is completed and pending. However, I was notified today that one of the items is out of stock and I was partially refunded, which made my purchase less than $15.

  Do I need to make another purchase and would that count towards the challenge that is already shown complete? Thanks!
