    Is click-and-collect a requirement for qualifying for the bonus, or will you still qualify as long as your purchase is via one of the eligible stores, even if you choose to have your order delivered?

    Just wondering as sometime lines are not available for click-and-collect, even though the retailer offers click-and-collect more generally

      Not a requirement at all, just an added bonus in case you can't get it delivered on time.
      Any eligible purchase from these stores will count towards the bonus completion :)

      Either one will count towards the challenge.
      Users report that our App has a higher tracking success rate, likely due to there being less 3rd-party software interfering with the order tracking :)

    I failed the last challenge because my ebay didn't track but it's recorded in the click history. When I went to report a missing cashback it says I have to wait 7 days before making a claim which made it impossible to complete the challenge in time.

        Sorry rep, but this is the issue that many of us have with ShopBack app, the shop tracking.

        If everytime we have issue we have to contact you, then your app never been fixed.

        Contacting you to get the cashback is not fair for everyone else who are not in this forum and doesn’t know how to contact you.

        Your intention to help is good but not solving the real problem.

          I'll add to that: the last one I had resolved only paid the standard cashback rate (2.7%) instead of the bonus rate I had purchased during (27%). When I pointed that out (respectfully) I received a resolution that was worded as if the rep had permission to grant me this one-time favour.

          With multiple claims up in the air the effort to reconcile against these additional challenges and bonus rates is becoming a bit much.

          tldr: Really appreciate the offers and effort OP - especially when they work. But I get the feeling from comments and votes that effort is starting to outweigh reward for some members.

            @MattyD: I had a purchase track correctly 2 days ago - within a couple of hours and at the correct rate!
            That's the first time for a long time that I haven't had to follow up and I made the purchase in the same set of steps. So I don't need to get told what I have done wrong in the standard reply email when I make a query.
            It's really not worth the effort of the inevitable chase up, unless it is $25 or so.

          Hey @brongz, thanks for the feedback.

          I understand that tracking isn't always perfect, I've had my share of Missing Cashback as well.
          What many don't know is that ShopBack doesn't do any of the actual order tracking. Neither does Cashrewards (this might surprise many).

          We use Affiliate Networks which are partnered with all the brands you see on our site.
          These Affiliate Networks provide us with unique tracking links/codes to use for Commission payments.
          All tracking is done by these Networks & the order is reported back to our system which then credits you the Cashback based on the commission amount.

          I also understand that I'm not solving the real problem here by asking people to message me, but I'm doing what I can to assist our communities while the wider teams work on initiatives that improve Affiliate Network tracking, Cashback reporting, Missing Cashback Claims, etc.

          I know this might sound like I'm throwing my hands up in the air claiming "it's not our fault", which isn't what I'm trying to say/do.
          I'm simply trying to shed a little more light on the situation, as it's not as black & white as it may seem.
          We know the current system isn't flawless, but we're working really hard to get it there.

        Have had to do this for every Liquorland purchase. Last one was 18 November, submitted the "missing cashback" - answer was "you can expect confirmation by 24 December once our partner confirms…"

        Thanks SB, but not worth it anymore.

        I did for Amazon (when you had the increased 10% cashback) but only got a standard response that it was rejected. Too much hassle just to chase a few dollars and it gave a bad experience :(

      Once you've opted-in, you will have until the end of the Challenge to make an eligible purchase.
      It is not dependent on who completes the Challenge first.

      Nah it makes sense. You can make up the total $15 spend over multiple orders (so a $10 and a $5 spend), but you only ever get one bonus per account.

            I did the purchase from SB app, paid via credit card directly, coz I'm not sure if Paypal gonna screw the tracking.

              @OzBestDeal: I always use PayPal to pay Chemist Warehouse and always tracked. But I used Cashrewards whose tracking has always been near instant. I have done it many time. I have never used SB to make purchase at Chemist Warehouse though. But I assume paying by PayPal won't mess up tracking.
