What's the advantages of whole flower over pellets?
It's a bit like steak vs mince. Depends on what you want it for.
The pellets will give you more bitterness/gram. They're easier & better for dry hopping.
Cones give more flavour.. they're easier to remove from mash (although a hop bag fixes that). They also don't crumble.
But basically it's a flavour vs bitterness & a convenience things.
Nice! I was looking for whole cone hops.
How do you find using kveik on the Goldie? I assume if you don't have temperature control, this is the best yeasy to use over summer in Qld?
It's fantastic to let it run free in a dark environment in the garage for example. If you don't have temperature control this is a fantastic option. I currently have a Evergreen Hopped pale ale on the go to be ready for xmass day. Turning it around in 7 days from brew day to carbed in the keg.

Looks good - hope to order from you guys soon. I assume the CTZ and Evergreen hops are pellets not whole cone?
Hope you get a lot of support on here - as it's a bugger to only need a few yeast for a brew and have to pay a heap in postage.
