      Just talked to live chat and apparently my order didn't go though :/ I ordered around 10 pm last night and didn't get a confirmation email but they charged the money from my card. It should be refunded in 24-36 hrs. Now I have to deal with trade in people to save my money. Garbage company, garbage customer service.

      • Same. Just got off with live chat after being waiting ages and getting disconnected. Have to wait for the refund, otherwise will have to do it via the bank. What a PITA

    I managed to get an Samsung S21 about 45 minutes ago and my partner was looking at the Ultra. Had it already in his cart, coupons applied and everything. Trade-in totally screwed up and he can no longer get his trade in value. Super sucky because I got in just beforehand. Hope it comes back up before midnight so we can all have nice christmas gifts.

            • @Mani88: You don't have to trade in the Samsung phone. Just need to send photos of the front and back + IMEI to the email above. Request a $100 loyalty code.

              Edit: The $500 (now reduced) trade in voucher is given when trading in any eligible phone.

              • @TeddyBear: Oh ok thank you so much. Sorry I just had one last question, sorry for being so annoying, but for the trade in, is $500 + trade in value. So like I have a Oppo reno Z with a trade in value of $30, so I would get $530 off the phone? or is it just $30? Also to even get the $500 off, i would have to trade in a phone, correct?

                • @Mani88: You get trade in value + $500 off the phone. If you don't hand in the phone you have to pay the trade in value ($30) back, but the $500 discount remains.

                  Since it's past 20/12/2021, the $500 trade in bonus isn't running anymore. There may still be a bonus, but you'll have test that for yourself in checkout.

      • It seems that the loyalty program has been put on hold or is needed to be done via sending an email to Samsung but it seems people are getting emails back with no success unfortunately.

    This has been the worst experience I've ever had by far with applying discounts. Can't believe Samsung's site is so unbelievably terrible. I'm almost glad I didn't get one just to avoid supporting Samsung after that entire mess.

          • @canberrascooter: Well Done on getting one. But unfortunately may people ran into quite a few issues with errors and such, which lead to people not being able to get the phone regardless of speed.

      Jumped on chat yesterday, they said it will take about 1-3 days for auto approval. If nothing happened after 3 days, jump on chat and they will manually request approval for you.

    I couldn't get the $50 newsletter code to work with the order yesterday, even though the cart was over $350.
    Regardless, I got an email saying my phone also has been dispatched today.

    Was totally expecting the order to be cancelled but it’s apparently on the way. No sign of tracking code. How do you find that out?

      At the end won't make a difference if you not sending the phone, higher trade in value upront will reduce your out of pocket but they will recoup the trade in amount by charging you later, lower trade in, you will pay more upfront but the recoup of the trade-in will be less.

    Got the device today.. Shipped and Delivered..
    Bought S21 Ultra during the 3pm hiccup and used Pixel 5 ($240 value) to turn the price to $309

    So, will be paying $309 + $240 for the phone as I'm not planning to return the Pixel 5

    Remember seeing a screen in the trade in app about it but didnt take screenshot of what they will deduct if we dont send the phone back.
