    Some people swear by them and some people say useless, for me useless, but a couple of friends I know say they do make a difference. At the end of the day I guess it depends on what is causing your snoring and if you really don't want to spend the money on something that might not work, ask a doctor's opinion.

  Nasal Strips don't work for everyone. I have copied a recent review from Amazon at the bottom of this post as an example of the hundreds of positive reviews we have had.

  Nasal strips work well for Nasal Congestion and milder type snoring not sleep apnea.
  I use them every night and my wife is much happier than when I don't wear them..

  I find these strips useful for nights with a stuffy nose. However, if you have medical issues with snoring, sinuses etc. you may want to look into other solution, as this may not suffice. It's been helpful to me in 9/10 times, as it stretches the nose and raises the nostrils, allowing more air to flow through.

  If nasal strips help you, or you have a nasal passage airflow issue, I recommend you give these reusable devices a try. There’s lots of sellers on AliExpress. I’ve linked one selling different sizes that I bought from a couple of years back, when they had better prices, so you may well find a better deal elsewhere.

  I've got them in the past too. They absolutely helped me breathing better, I'd definitely use them for when doing sports since it did make breathing easier. BUT… it did not do much for my snoring, unfortunately.

  While Nasal Strips don't work for everyone I use them every night (and my wife of 30 years is grateful for it)
  I was paying $1.00 a strip for the market leader and thought we can do this just as well and cheaper and create a bit of a family business.

  2 years on and we have sold 100,000's of strips and 99% of feedback is really positive.
  Check out the Amazon and eBay reviews below. People simply don't give you 5 stars unless they are happy with the product and service

  Note our Clear strip is designed for Sensitive skin and to be a bit more discreet. With a clean nose applied correctly, it will hold all night but it is deliberately not as strong as Tan ones..

  We add 2 of the other 2 stips to every order so you can try the others.
  We don't advertise this too much but we feel it is only fair for our customers who shells out money for our product
