Let my ebay lapse because of just how bad the offers have been
From the $5 vouchers not showing up to plus discount offers being marginally better than for people without plus kind of negates any benefit

  If you are referring to the $5 voucher that you should be getting each month for being an Ebay Plus member, then contact support for this.
  Use the live chat, they should reply to you within a minute or so. They will check your account, fix it so that the $5 voucher will start appearing again.
  And in my case at least, they gave an additional one off voucher to make up for the missing ones (I hadn't been getting them for 4 months so received a $20 voucher with no minimum spend)

    Had the same thing. First 3 months never received them so they gave me $15 credit with no terms. Next two months it did come through, then following 3 months nothing, so got $15 again. Considering the 50 voucher for signing up and their incompetence for the vouchers, I've actually made money from them lol

        It should be a $10 GC. Not a coupon. Coupons are the worst as it prevents you from using another eBay code.

    You're not committed at checkout, there's a box there for applying vouchers/codes and you can click apply to check if it reduces your overall cost before you finalise the payment, otherwise you can always back out of it.

Yet it doesn't work on anything, and the T&Cs above put the qualifier that has to be "Eligible". So basically useless.
