    @gotyourback Some feedback on the new pop up banner. Could you place the "close" call for action below the banner on a transparent hitbox? The current hitbox is quite small.

      Yes to both.
      So long as your order is reported by Amazon to be more than $15 in value, you'll be eligible.
      I suggest you avoid applying any Amazon Promotional Credits, as these will interfere with Cashback & order value.

      It will depend on the store.
      Most stores will not pay Cashback on orders paid with Gift Cards.
      Some will only report the value paid by Debit/Credit Card if the Gift Cards don't cover the full value.
      Very few will allow Gift Cards to stack with Cashback (Amazon, eBay & DoorDash are the main ones that allow this stacking).

          Allow me to clarify.
          On our ShopBack app, you can purchase Gift Cards that earn Cashback.
          These transactions will not be eligible for the $5 bonus.

          Additionally, almost all merchants have a T&C stating something along the lines of "Cashback is ineligible on Gift Card purchases".
          This means that if you go through to the merchant and buy one of their Gift Cards through their store, you will not earn Cashback on the order.
          It's likely that these transactions will not be reported back to our system either.
          So please do not purchase Gift Cards with the expectation of this bonus coming through.

          You may use Gift Cards to pay at selected stores (eBay, Amazon, DoorDash) and still earn Cashback/this $5 Bonus.

      If it's not listed on our website/app, I would strongly advise against it.
      There's a possibility that the code will negate Cashback/Order Attribution to ShopBack, causing you to miss out on the bonus.

        I'm going to take you up on your advice. I just noticed that I have a ShopBack challenge for MyDeal, spend $50 for $5 cashback. Can this be combined with today's challenge (which I opted in, but not yet purchased) spend $15+ for $5, and if order online (not using the ShopBack or MyDeal APP) also qualify for 10% off? The item I'm looking to purchase is approx. $60. If I can combine all offers, then it will be a great Boxing Day spend.

      It may take couple of hours (sometimes, up to 3 days) for CW Order tracking to reflect on your App.. as long as you have done your part, don’t worry about tracking.

      You can always Report missing Cashback through app. Their support team is really helpful. Amazon is still sometimes hit & miss but, That’s not all upto SB!

      Hey @Simentel, tracking can take up to 48 hours to appear in your account.
      Once the order is tracked, your bonus will update shortly afterwards (refer to GYB's Notes in the post for more info).

        I had the same issue. Couldn't find it anywhere on my app and I was definitely looking prior to 8.45am. I also tried updating the app but it said it was updated. I tried and tried clicking on this link, re-reading how to do it, but no luck for me. I'm also wondering if the app had a bug? :-(
