You can cancel most orders within an hour and buy again.

Wouldn't bother to risk for extra $2.X

    Happy bargain <3

  • These any good?

    • Can't speak for the 1080p model, but the 2k model is excellent

      • +1

There's only a very slight resolution difference between them tbh. 1080 is fine.

I put one up a couple of days ago and seems good so far.

Description says you can expand the storage. Is that true

    • +1

You cant. Theres talk of maybe some upgrade to allow USB storage (it does have a port for charging the cameras) but definitely wouldn't count in it.

      • is on a list of other backlogged features!

Strange that they would advertise a pending feature on seller descriptions though - free returns!

        • *may be waiting years for a presumed feature

I'm trying to tick click and collect from my local store but everytime I hit click and collect and select my store (that has this listed in stock) it brings me back to the previous page but click and collect option is not ticked with postage ticked.
Any one know I can select click and collect

do you need to subscribe for cloud storage? will spot light come on when driving into car port?

    • No, free storage via homebase
You can pay extra for cloud storage if you want

If you install one camera for your car port and select “spotlight on while motion detected” then yes

  • Won't accept the code for me!

    • +1

      Try code: BD10OFF.

      • Still says 'code cannot be applied to your order'…all good - I'll keep trying

Scorptec has the 2K cameras for $499 albeit only 3 of them.

    • Worth the extra monies?

      • +1

Haha not sure. Hopefully. I ended up ordering the 2k ones because I remember the Arlo 1080p I had just looked very average.

      • Probably not worth extra money for only three cameras at a couple hundred more pixels

        • Isn't it double the resolution? Or is my maths that bad?

          • @belongsinforums: marketing terms :P

they could (and some do) say 1920 * 1080(p) is "2K" as well

            also 2340x 1296 and 2560 x 1440

I think it may be a marketing tactic to short-circuit brains into quickly comparing the full HD (vertical lines) 1080 against the 2K "2000" 2340 of the first number

            ~ 1920 vs 2340

            in this case it is 2340 * 1296 compared to 1920 * 1080

            2MP vs 3MP
            * in total it would actually be about a million pixels difference, though I have not found that to be worth substantially more $ (waiting for higher resolutions to continue becoming standardised in this category for $)

and then also consider the bandwidth and storage trade-offs vs processing vs quality

  • Any cheap individual 2C's?

  • pricejacked ? 503.28 for me after coupon code
