    Cheaper at centercom?

Also still a bit pricy for the build quality and wattage (100w tgp)

    • Do you have a suggestion for a 165w tpg for 8k video rendering?

I would recommend against buying a full powered 3080 laptop right now. The cheapest full powered 3080 is the legion 7, and that cost 3.9k on a sale. High end 3080 easily cost 4-5k.

CES is coming in a week. It’s only worth it to wait for 12th gen/6000 series and high end 30 series refresh. Rumours are they come with new the GA103 chip.

Paying for a 3080 in these cheaper, lower power chassis is pointless. The 3070 is cheaper and will have basically the same performance.

Why does this product exist? High end components in a budget quality chassis.
