    In fact, in 2021, our product development is devoted to the function of calling.
    So up to now, all of our earbuds models have had a good call quality. Just a few models that I tried myself, AIR 3, MINI, TRUE AIR 2, and Q all sound good(I used them to call with my families and get the result).

    I did a bit of research on the MINIs. Based on listening to samples and reading reviews, it appeared that these use Elevoc speech AI tech which hides the background noise exceptionally well. Wind noise however cannot be hidden completely, but claims are that motor vehicle noises are nicely suppressed if u r out n about and on a call.
    My primary use case is Zoom/MS Teams meetings where mic quality with background noise suppression was my main requirement. So I pulled the trigger on these this morning.

    This youtube guy reviewed Air3 and H2 aswell in similar conditions. U can listen to call quality samples and compare.

      I don’t think this is how Elevoc speech AI works. To be more precise, the tech works by capturing and elevating your voice (like making it louder), and therefore effectively suppressing background noise. So the tech doesn’t directly hide or suppress background noise.

      This speech AI tech would be very similar to the AI voice recognition tech you see these days with smart speakers etc.

          @alishaikh: No probs. It was a little confusing for me too a first a few months back, and being in AI myself, I went sussing this out.

          If the above is 100% true, this could mean that when you are not speaking during a call session, folks on the other end would still hear the background noise.

    In a previous post I commented that I have the H1's and have never had a complaint about call quality, and I have a few friends who whinge if it's bad. The sound is great too, great bass.

  Are these smaller than the TrueDots?
  I want something to help block wind noise when on the motorbike, as well as provide some music :)
  So it needs to fit inside a tight helmet.

    no, not similar to truedot model.
    You can try the T2 or T3 model, both of these with transparency function, which can effectively block the noise.

    Try not to get anything with Active Noise Cancellation. The mic for ANC may amplify wind noise instead of cancelling it.

    S5 is highly recommended. This model is IPX7 waterproof, and it has an ear hook design. You can adjust it according to your ear desgin, so it won’t fall even if you exercise vigorously.

  How are these compared to previous generations of soundpeats?

  Had no end of issues with the q32 pros back in the day and wondering if the frequent disconnection/echo/dropout issues are fixed or at least occur less often (I know tws earphones in general can have these issues and it's not just limited to this brand)

  My Air3 left earpiece does not charge. It arrived working out of the box. But since then haven't been able to charge it. If I plug in only the right piece in the case, the case will light up. If only the left one is in, the case does not light up at all.

  Amazon can't replace but only refund. Bought them at the boxing day price (25% off) and stacked with 12% upsized CR. This is super frustrating.
