USB-A to USB-C so it's suitable for ones like Qualcomm Quick Charge. USB Power Delivery it won't support as both ends need to be USB-C. What are you wanting to fast charge?

I have ordered a fair bit of stuff from Aliexpress and my experience is that even in pre pandemic times most things take forever. Good prices but you need to allow for the time. But that is just my personal experience.

I ordered a couple of things from ali express recently, they all arrived within 3 weeks. this was during double 11 and black Friday a sales so I think they're doing pretty well recently. I did notice they've been shipping to an aus based company and they shipping via auspost from there though.
