Had a look at some games and accessories that I knew were not part of previous promo and they are now marked down. (eg Star Wars Kinect now $41.97 was $59.95)

From the Dick Smith website:

Due to the unauthorised leaking of an internal price list last week, our Game On Sale has exceeded expectations. As our Game On Sale continues this week, we would like to inform our customers that stock is selling faster than expected. We thank you for your patience and continued support and apologise for any inconvenience caused. As a gesture of goodwill in addition to the Game on Sale event we will now be offering extend the offer to include 30% off gaming software and accessories until Sunday 15 April. Please note that this excludes all gaming consoles, digital cards & already advertised catalogue lines in our Game On brochure (11/4 – 23/4/12).

        went to two stores and neither would honour it, they both had it at different prices anyway. Besides they told me online pricing had nothing to do with store pricing, I mentioned that everything else was the same place and he told me to go "do what you have to do", even the ACCC.

  FYI - North Sydney DSE has XBOX360 Medal of Honor Limited Edition for $3.50 and Brutal Legend for $5. The website doesn't indicate true stock as there are still some copies left.

  went to my local DSE yesterday. Not 30% off all games, they just put part of games with 'discount price' in the front of the store. Worse ever.
