Someone is planning a build for 2024. 😁

        • +1

          You'd want DDR5 by then

      • any diff between the white and black?

        • +22

It don't matter if it's black or white…. Heee Heee

@astevens: the Hee Hee made me spit my coke on my keyboard, nicely done :).

Heard the black ones are about 3 inches longer

        • I can kind of understand why there are different colours for computer cases, but RAM sticks, really? It's not like you can you can pick up chicks with them, "Look! my RAMs are red!".

    DDR4 in 2022 LUL
(just kidding im still on ddr3)

    • Why buy expensive and crappy DDR5 when you could buy cheap high quality DDR4?

      • Just joking, but im waiting for affordable ddr5 for my next build (not in a hurry so i can wait a year or two more)

I bought this in December from Amazon UK and it's single rank. The model number ends in M8FB1

    • How do you tell if it is single or dual rank?

      • I googled the model number suffix + rank. There's usually someone post if it's dual rank or single rank. If you already have it installed you can check with CPU-Z.

  • based kit

  • Can you run these at 3600?

    • With OC, yes

    • 3800 c14is doable so yes

      • +1

wow!! do you have any guide for this? what speed should i run it at with my 3700x? (ie infinity fabric speed) thanks

This guide is pretty good ig. Nothing is truly extensive tho. Mine is at 4000 14 15 13 21 34 120 at 1.625v b die with p14 cooling

Edit- for your IF just do whatever is Max stable without whea's when doing p95 large fats and occt vram. I run 2k tho with wheas blocked using service blocker, although Zen 2 doesn't do false positives. And for Zen 3 unless your 100% into ram oc don't bother trying to test stable wheas

I bought these from AU for $170, arrived 4 days ago.

Dual Rank (you can check the serial through the packaging, if it ends with M16FE1 or 16FE it's dual rank). OC'ed to 3600mhz by loosening to 16-19-19-19-39 from 16-18-18-18-39 and increasing voltage from 1.35v to 1.38v :)

    No crashes since so far

    • It's random. I paid $200 to get the picked ones, C9BLH, easily get to 4000 without sacrificing timing

    • Did u test for stability? And why such low voltage u can easily do 3600 c14 with more volts

  • Ordered mine last night, it's already at Heathrow Airport with DHL and an ETA of Jan 19th.

  • Amazon UK is hit and miss.

Ordered something early December and still waiting for it to be fulfilled. Other times it's pretty quick.
Just make sure you're prepared to wait sometimes for UK based items. Still quicker than Ebay/China combo though.

  • Mine arrived today!

  • Available to order with delivery in April.

  • Mine arrived with one of the sticks DOA….

  • Anyone still waiting here?
