The Irwin Ultra Tool Bag is constructed from 1680d polyester. It has 4 exterior side pockets, 6 tool loops with level holding straps.   Brother gave me one of these, I kept it under the house, it got a bit of sunshine on it at certain times of the day/year, the strapping of handles broke down in what seemed like no time - I went to pick it up and they tore straight off. Keep it out of the sun.

    I've had bags kept in storage out of the sun and the handles were still the first thing to go as well.
