For this, we are truly sorry…but certainly not remorseful. In fact, we're at it again.

    Thought I saw the brick and morter stores offering 20% off yesterday.

    Does this 20% apply on top of the 20% instore or is it just an online mirroring?

    Edit: It was written on a … small whiteboard thing at the front of the store. Was in great need of artistic flair to be honest…

        Just not sure why you would need a coupon online when the "offline" ones offer it anyway.

        Didn't know if you were maybe offering the 20% off already and then going the full monty and offering another 20% off online only (In which case I'd have to dig a little more thoroughly to find some gems).

          That was Noraneko's point I believe. If you can walk in and get the discount without jumping through hoops why make the online deal need a coupon - why not just reduce the price? It's nice they tell us about it but I bet plenty of the online orders will be paying full price not knowing.

          Noraneko then thinking that it would be silly to be doing that thought maybe the online prices were reduced to match the store - and we were getting a extra special deal rather then just a specific 'ozbargain ad'. His question was valid and mirrored my own.

      I'm still waiting (3 weeks so far) for my Batman Arkham City from Zaavi. Ordered Uncharted in the same order and waited 2 weeks for that. I hesitate to order from Zaavi again. Next time I'll stick with Ozgameshop (also competitive) which always came within the week.

      which game did you try to get? i believe the code only works on the "discounted" sale items. so if you used the search function for a game, you probably arent looking in that list.

    Tried to apply to Lego Pirates PS3, Assassins Creed Revelations hint book, Rayman Origins PS3 (all on the sale page) and also Turtle Beach PX5 headphones which are not on sale

      Not really misleading.

      It's an Extra 20% off Discounted sale items.

      Currently there is some sort of 20% off sale being advertised at the stores which is apparently the same as the sale mentioned here (hence a mirroring since they are the same).

      I assume that yesterday if you shopped at the online store you would not have been getting the extra 20% off discounted items (and free shipping) that was available on already discounted items in store.

        yeah game online are different to game instore mate. 20% online is very different to 20% instore because prices instore are normally higher than online. that clear mate. game online and instore are different charging different prices for the same item ok so whats instore on sale is also different to whats online on sale - thats 20% off both though - so still managing to keep up mate? Except 20% instore might apply to some items that aren't 20% off online because they're in store in sale and not availalble online.ok clear as mud…. ehhh what deal is this exactly on what item again where exactly?

      Without remembering exactly, I'd have to assume that the physical stores whiteboard read exactly the same as what's written here.

      Extra 20% Off Discounted Sale Items

      So that was what was being advertised yesterday (and would only apply to instore purchases and pickup).

      Now they are offering the same deal online and free shipping with it.

      The extra part is supposed to refer to an applicable discount on the same list of items that the sign from the store is being applied to, however, they are the same discount (i.e. a Mirror of the whiteboard deal).

      This has totally been made a hassel because I posted about the whiteboard sign =(.

          You'd probably be better off getting the new version - especially if you want to play multiplayer, pretty sure there's an online pass required which won't come with the pre-owned version.

          BF3 single player isn't that crash hot so I'd encourage you to get the new one if you're looking to keep the game.
