So tempting to get the color downlights, just that I've recently bought the warm to white ones at $60 a piece (with plug).

Is it just build quality and gimbal feature that makes the price difference?
That plus the fact that they dont need a cloud service to run- my existing ones dont have access to the internet and work well through existing home automation.
Edit: I also have some of the mirabella style (tuya) ones- the colours on the lifx lights are more vivid.
You can get some tuya ones for ab 20ea. quite worth changing systems if you have a few.

Is it safe to install in the bathroom? I mean, water resistent
I can see that these are IC-4 rated, but does anyone know if these are a sealed unit? i.e. won't leak any heating or cooling into the roof space
