    Pretty sure everyone can apply, including existing amex cardholders. However they won't receive the bonus points should their application is approved and meet the spending criteria.

    Hey, do the referral links above not work? Expand them and there should be an option for the Explorer card and clicking it will generate a random link from the people who have added their referral codes to the pool.

    Depends on the referral code I think. Mine is still 150k under the newest code, but the previous one on my account still works and is 110k, so you probably just hit one that hasn't been updated. You might just need to keep clicking the referral link until you get one of the 150k ones.
