"Hey good lookin', didn't you and I go to different schools together?"

Are you encouraging customers to use their phones while driving?

    That’s stupid and irresponsible!

    • +2

Your insinuating it, not OP. All OP did was mention a legitimate feature/use case for the product that can be used by a passenger, or a parked car, or whatever.

If someone uses a feature of this mount whilst driving, it’s not his fault, he is not breaking any rules or hinting for others to do so.

Edit* I have a feeling you’re trolling lol.

I am still waiting for my order to arrive from this deal on the 7th of December… https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/664154. Not a single word from you guys at all. Invoice ID ESR-437380. Very disappointing.

    • I'm sorry for your experience. PM me your order number please.

I asked you to cancel my order on your previous post. You never replied. Thanks for your service.

        • Sorry, will check soon. BTW, as I'm not regular on oz, if anyone might have an issue with his/her order, I sincerely suggest contacting [email protected] to get a prompt reply. Thanks.

        • Could you provide your order ID again, please? I couldn't find your message

@telf22 Sorry for my oversight. Already forwarded to the team already, they will update you via email later. Thanks for your patience.

          • @ESR Gear: Still have received no email from you guys, or my order. Absolutely the worst customer service experience.

Is this similar to the one currently sold at Amazon?

    • Oh yes..

  • Needs a few more buzz words. Im not sold.

  • +2

Please stop tagging your deals as iPhone 12, iPhone 13, etc, when you are just selling a compatible accessory.

Received portion of order… And Sick of following up partial shipment, Never again.. 3 months ongoing

  • Usually cheaper via Amazon or AliExpress if you don’t mind waiting

  • +2

I wouldn't bother with their website from reviews. Pricing on Amazon for ESR products is also much more competitive without any promotion or coupon code applied.

  • OP, is this device MFi certified?
    https://mfi.apple.com/en/faqs.html

Throwing the word MagSafe out there does not make it certified.

    • Does MFI relate to wireless charging? I thought it was more Qi standards, but I'm very much a novice in this area.

      • +1

The following wireless charging modules are included within Apple's MFi program:
        • Apple Watch Charger Module
        • MagSafe Case Module
        • MagSafe Charger Module

        • Cheers. TIL.

  • Word of warning these mounts are downright pathetic, you fix them into the vent but everytime you take a corner it pivots, pops off and throws your phone to the ground. The belkin carmount at apple has a fantastic mount, but it doesnt have the wireless charging capability

    • Thanks for the heads up.
They look a bit dodgy - "cheap plastic".
I will wait for a deal on the Belkin model.

Belkin means rubbish inside golden packages
