      Norton Terms and Conditions state:
      "If you: purchase a full-version retail box of Norton 360 6.0 (any pack) from an Australian or New Zealand retail store between March 19, 2012 and April 30, 2012 inclusive - you can claim $60 back from Symantec." It states purchase from retail store, will the cashback be available purchasing from you an online retailer?

        Possible, but you can get this from officeworks for $99. Which is only a few dollars more after accounting for shipping. You might even get a price match. o_O!

        It's bloatware, they have this identity safe junk in norton 360 now. I have no idea how to use it. lol.

        Ok, so if I purchase the 360 v6 from you and submit the claim to Norton for the $60 rebate. If it is rejected based on the fact it was purchase from an online retailer not retail store, will ShoppingExpress refund/rebate the $60 that was supposed to come from Norton?

        I do not want to purchase and then be told by Norton it does not meet the Rebate Terms and Conditions. Please confirm what ShoppingExpress will do if Norton reject the claim?

    That must be a miscommunication. We do have a new customer support joining our team and under traning, so the answer you received is MOST likely inaccurate on this instance. Please provide me your order number so i can give you a definite answer. At the same time, i have checked with warehouse: all Norton 360 orders will be dispatched by today. Hope that clears some of the doubt.
