      Don’t forget that PetCircle (and most other big pet store chains) will price match other Australian stores. I shop around for the best price, then buy at either Petbarn (and get loyalty points) or PetCircle when I’ve got a CBA rewards. Hooray for double discounts this time!

    Code worked and then "doesn't apply to your order" when I logged in to check out. Tried again and it worked so I ordered, and now I've been charged again for the extra $10. Anyone else have this issue?

        I checked out with the $10 off, got my confirmation receipt.

        Then 10 minutes latee got charged another $10 and got a new receipt with the discount removed with no reason why. Super weird.

    Hi Y'all, I am getting a 4 year old dog (5kg) in a couple of weeks.
    What do you guys use for your dogs for flea/tick control, and heartworm?
    Do you only use flea/tick control in the warmer months?
    My previous dog used to get an annual heartworm needle, as I think that the only alternative then was a daily tablet. but I believe that there are now monthly tablets.

      Interceptor protects against heartworm, roundworm, whipworm, tapeworm and aids in the control of hookworm
      Credelio treats and prevents flea infestations, treats and controls paralysis ticks, brown dog ticks, bush ticks, and controls flea allergy dermatitis (FAD)
      One Credelio and one Interceptor is to be administered once per month

      Another popular one is Nexgard Spectra - which protects against fleas, ticks, mites, heartworm and intestinal worms

      I use nexgard spectra for my dogs all year round (but I'm on Brisbane, we only really have warmer months…). Monthly chew, protects against almost everything except tapeworm.
      For tapeworm you need another cheap 3 monthly tablet for that. You'll only need 1/2 a pill every 3 months for a 5kg dog.

      But chat to a vet once you get the pup and they'll talk you through options.

        Thanks. I researched hard using that info, and for a cheap Tapeworm Only treatment, I found Popantel cheaper than Virbac, and it is also Praziquantel 50mg. E.G. Sierrapetproducts 4 tabs $8.95 + $7.63 shipping.
