Doesn't appear to come with the solar panel. I wonder if it still records motion about 5 seconds late

    • Hi, you can choose the camera + solar panel kit and it's $184.08

    • I wonder how long the battery lasts also?

      • Hi, it depends. It has a great thing to do with the motion frequency.

        • I have the original Argus 3 which works fine then i bought the Argus 3 2K 4MP version via ebay reolink store … Now that's different…

          1. Item came with broken seal (reported it to ebay rep right after i opened it)
          2. Can't live view the high resolution version which was the reason of the upgrade…. Super sux!!!
          3. Loading the recorded files/videos take forever…
          4. Contacted reolink ebay rep for a swap but slow responses…

Ops, can you please kindly help with the swap?? Thanks

          • @Bargain-er: My reolink 4k cctv cameras came with broken seal from Amazon. I contacted them regarding that. Also bought a reolink indoor camera from their website. Footage is blurred and out of focus

            • @sedi: Yeah, and after sales is not really existance… If new and not working should have no problems for direct swap. It's not that we used it for 6 months before reporting the problem

              • @Bargain-er: Hi, we are on our Chinese New Year holiday from Jan 28 to Feb 8, so we are not able to take care of the after-sale as quickly as usual as we have fewer people in the office. We are so sorry. Please no worry, your email will be checked and replied asap.

  • Can these be setup for 24/7 continuous recording?

    • Hi, since it's battery-powered, it doesn't support continuous recording, only supports motion recording.

      • Doesn't the solar panel work?

        • It doesn't when the sun goes to sleep

          • @bleemo: Just use a lunar panel then…

            • @jv: I have just nominated you for a nobel prize

  • What is the equivalent POE alternative for this one ?

I have two of these installed with solar and works well do the job.

4mp camera is heaps better than previous version.

I have paid around $150 each from aliexpress during single days sale.

  • Can this connect to an NVR?

      NeVeR

  • It can't

    • Hey Rep
Do you have any current offer on this?

    any deals for RLK16-820D8-A

  • I have this with the solar panel. It's ok as a motion detection light, but very often starts recording way too late. Sometimes the packages just appear from the thin air with no person detected. If you want it to really work, place it somewhere where it has lots of time to react otherwise it's very slow.

  • Hi what’s the difference between argus 3 and Argus 3 pro? All I can see is the pro has 5Hz

  • $160 tell em he's dreaming…

  • Would eufy 2c pro be better then this?

    • Eufy doesn't share their actual specs in a useful way, so its hard to do a direct comparison.
Eufy is more waterproof and has a wider field of view. Which may or may not be good for you. The Reolink can see further, the Eufy can see wider but not as far.
Reolinks sensor is 1/3, so it'll be bad at night. Eufy could be just as bad but they dont share the sensor size.
