"Do you struggle to find the right key when you need it?" :D

  • $18.69 for the blue version.

    • Damnnn the Midnight Diamond color is $91 … Looks like we need to insure the key holder .. ;)

    • Anyone got opinions on these? I've recently increased the number of keys on my keyring and hate it!

Personally I don’t like these as they are rigid and longer than a normal key. Not great for pockets. Got an orbit key instead and love it.

      • +1 for orbit key

      • i supported them from Kickstarter and used it for about a good 6 months before it sat in my drawer since…the physical length of it makes it an absolute awkward-nightmare. I pulled it out again last year but still couldnt get used to the physical size so a couple days ago finally doubled down and purchased an OrbitKey which AusPost App has just notified me of its arrival.

      • The top part that goes one into your key chain.. any keys on that side is a hassle to use to unlock your door.

        Not a well design product.

  • Had a keysmart since I backed the Kickstarter years ago.
I like it, stops my keys from stabbing me, which is always a PITA
(even got a small USB drive and a bottle opener on mine which is handy)

  • +1

I think cheaper at bunnings if you don't have prime https://www.bunnings.com.au/keysmart-key-organiser_p0124856

I've used them since the kickstarter and am a big fan. The only issue I have with them is I have to put them on the xray scanner with the keys splayed out when I go through airport security as they think it's a swiss army knife and doing that saves me the hassle of them fishing them out of the bag and going through a second time.

    • Bunnings one says it only holds 8 keys?

    • Aliexpress has the same for $1.85 if you are happy to wait for delivery.
It must be meant for the US market as A key selling point is " Compact design:Smaller than a pack of bullets.Put it in your pocket"

I have the cheap $5 ones from eBay.

    Holds only 10 keys.

But I like it, it is simple, cheap and it works.

Once in a while if you have used the keys often, the screw holding the unit together may loosen but a quick tighten will make it right again, but not too tight or the keys will be hard to get out.

I can handle spending $5 for a ugly metal one that is longer, but can not justify $60 for an orbitkey.

  • Bought the Titanium version a few weeks ago and rate it. Recommend additionally purchasing the clip though as well, to clip to pocket. Very smart and organised.

  • I'm using this and another version that comes with Tag tracking.

Personally, I leave them in the car and if I go out for a short walk, I recommend something else or just lock 1 door so you carry only 1 key.

  • These devices are great when your keys have the holes in the center, if the key holes to attach are on the left or right, it makes it pretty much unusable. Learned the hard way.

    • It's also not great if you have key fobs or larger/thicker style keys like bilocks.

  • I had one of these for a while, but I don't use it anymore (Nothing wrong with the product).

It's probably just me, but I always found it annoying to need to fully extend the key out to unlock my door (if it was left at a 90 degree angle it would bump on my door frame). The other thing i found was, as it was so slimline in my pocket I always felt like I had lost / forgotten my keys. Again this is just me, I do see the utility in this though for other people.

I already have a great key holder. She… Uh… Oh, you were talking about a different thing. Never mind.
