    confirmed order and charged on my card then got cancelled the next day. No refund to the card yet (although email said no charge to the card) it might show up as a refund later.
    Tried again with different card and name etc, happened again.
    100% legit card and info.

    pretty shit really.

    Vote revoked. Tried with AMEX as well as VISA debit and both cards rejected. Feels like this deal (especially this "store" based on past deals) is unobtainable.

    Tried 5 different times to order from card.gift and had my funds locked up for days after they cancelled every order. These guys are the worst.

    Maybe they’re cancelling credit card orders? My order using a debit card went through 3D Secure and it has still not been cancelled (yet)

        looks like my order hasn’t actually been posted. I got an email saying it’s on its way but the tracking isn’t working.

          So till now it's not tracking? I'm loosing my patience with this company to be honest. Mine is still not posted. Maybe I'll try to cancel not worth the hassle for extra 5% off

            @absentix: I contacted their support and they confirmed it hasn’t been shipped.

            They quoted their SLA as “2-8 business days”. I tried to cancel and they refused

              @FrugalDealHunter: Yeah they told me same SLA. Another guy on the phone said it should have been shipped by Friday. What a joke company. Ok 8 business days will expire on Wednesday - if not shipped by then I'll apply for charge back

                  @FrugalDealHunter: That email with the ‘Track your Order’ link must be an automated email sent in error. You should receive an additional email with Registered Post (RP) tracking number once it’s actually sent.

                    @dorikin: Such a pain with this company. I just rang them and they said it was dispatched yesterday so I had to force them to double check with their dispatch team if it has actually been shipped. Looks like they don't know themselves

    I purchased TCN cards on previous ocassions and have been happy with the results. I missed out this time for having not seen the offer before it expired, but I'd have preferred the electronic ones anyway as they can be purchased in bigger denominations.

    Ok actually the tracking number they sent is not a DHL one but just copy paste it in Australia Post and it tracks. Hope to finally get it soon
