    Oh wow, that's a really really good price.
    I have a few camera bags that suit my needs, so I won't buy another one, but this price is a great deal!
    And Lowepro offers good quality, AW just means all weather - comes with the rain shell.

      According to staticice, yeah, some retailers have this at ~$450. Lowest on there is mid $200. Lowepro backpacks do command a premium. I paid $300 back in 2006 for a bulky Lowepro backpack which I couldn't wait to replace.

      This isn't the first time I've seen a good deal on a lowepro backpack. I got a Primus Minimus many years ago for AU$50 delivered from the UK back in 2008/9 from MyMemory.co.uk. I couldn't believe it at the time… their prices have gone up since. The best camera backpack I've ever bought… never had to buy another one since then as it's brilliant for travel.

      The only "faults" I can see with the Lowepro Backpack Photo Active BP for travel purposes is two side access panels and easily accessed zipper pockets… too easy for thieves to get access. Assuming you can secure these with locks, for anyone wanting a good travel camera backpack, this might be a well priced one.

    Not a great backpack if you want to carry a bit more camera equipment, like multiple lenses and flashes etc. I have this bag and its really solid. Also I love the flip which allows you to mount bigger tripods on the back

        The side access to camera in this bag is good too. The main thing I was looking for in a backpack was for a easy way to carry a sturdy tripod.

    Does anyone know if the A7 III with the 100-400mm attached will fit in the camera compartment of the Lowepro Backpack Photo Active BP 300AW?

    The camera compartment of the bag is 26x13x27cm.

      Yeah likewise. Also no indication of what size lens it can fit compared to other bags. Dimensions and L seem quite big though, certainly for the price.

      I decided to go with this one: Cheaper and takes more camera gear.     Thanks OP. I've currently got the ProTactic BP 450 AW II, which I'm finding a bit overkill for my needs as its so heavy if I fill it. So thinking this bag might be a better short travel option. If not, I'll just sell it.

    Seems good. Ordered. But might be too big for mirrorless camera? I’ve got a Fuji X-T4. Wonder if it can be sized to hold that snugly. Plus 3 small lenses. (24mm to 70-300).

    Anyone else get this and also realise things like to slip down the side? Managed to fit a bunch of gear in the top part of mine, a little space on one side so I put the Romoss 40k in. Moved the bag to the other side of the room, and by then, heard something slip down..

    Read a few reviews beforehand, can be easily fixed with a standard velcro divider to separate the top and built-in cage thingo. I remember one video somoene specified the exact model bag the divider came from and I researched enough to realise I'd need to get it from overseas and it's already a fairly pricey divider flap at like $30+.

    I haven't actually bought many camera accessories up until recently, can anyone recommend a place locally where they'd sell these typical Velcro dividers? If so, I'll try and find that old video and measure his divider to find an adequate comparison to grab and post here aswell.
