  • Only DVI and VGA outputs. Damn.. If this was a 16:10 monitor though.. I'd be all over this deal!

Not really a deal, particularly as it has no HDMI. For only $1 more you can get the LG E2750V at MSY which has HDMI and better reviews, with no limits per customer.

Better still, the AOC 27" for $270 has HDMI, Speakers, 4 Port USB and a 3 year onsite pickup warranty. I've been using one for a few months now and love it.

  • I'd rather get the Dell U2412m the next time it's on sale for $279. It's 16x10 and 24 inch.

I know this is 27" but I think at that resolution ie 1920 wide, 24 inch is better.

    • I'm hanging out for the Dell as well. Seeing as its been on sale about 4 times over the past 2 months it can't be a long wait

      • Same here. I'm waiting for this deal to grab one too.

      • Just wanted to let you guys know that I contacted Dell online customer service and they are willing to do the U2412 at $279. They have sent me an invoice with the $279 price.

There's another important difference - this LG has (judging by the viewing angle specs) a TN panel, while the U2412m's is eIPS.

At that size a 16:10 monitor is better.

    edit: actually at all sizes…
