Still a cluster (profanity). Claims rejected, submitted my disgust, nearly a week later we have escalated your query…l… In the meantime I have resubmitted the rejected claims, had them verified but no sms gift card as yet. Tonight I get another approval, presumably on the ones that got rejected.
How do you know receipt is rejected ? I submitted 3 & 2 on different days one got rejected no idea which one got rejected.
You'd think when they send the approval emails, they'd include the values in the email…rather than waiting another 7 days to find out how much it is.
The eGCs will be sent via SMS from today. Fingers crossed that you have entered the correct number.
hey I think i might have entered my old phone number which i no longer use, do they just send them via sms or both email and sms??

Now I received my gift cards, however when I used at woolworths self checkout, the machine returned as No Response after entered pin number. Anyone has the same issue?
Edit: just worked at the woolworths I originally bought the chocolate from. This is so odd though.

Yes, two on 1st of March at night and three on 4th of March in the morning. Received them via SMS.

I haven't received mind too. Validated on 21 Feb and emailed them twice already. No response.
I got mine (1 $5 gift card) 10 days (won on 17th, denied 18th, approved 28th) after emailing them once (no reply) and messaged them once on Facebook (no reply). It emailed me it would come via text and I got the text like two days after. Some people were saying they had issues trying to use the gift cards but I had no issues with mine.
After emailed them twice I finally got a reply today advising me 2 vouchers were issued to me already and another two not yet. He also said they were experiencing a delay. But I lodged 5 claims. So I am confused.
Did you guys receive your gift cards? I know someone who is still waiting so I told him to email reply back to Lindt Support to ask..
